This particular mc donald is been renovate, parking space need to improve, other then that indoor are much more spacious. Food is quit fresh and service is quit fast so no complain, they do provide big self order screen so it comes handy when you want to order things with your kids and family. Quit clean, do recommend.

They give 2/3 of the cup with coffee. The cup was one inch empty from the top. The cup with mc flurry was half empty. Very strange. After I complained they put just a drop more. Still empty....

The staff talks about the customers in the kitchen. They think you dont hear with the kitchen fans. But we heard them. Not going back. We are too demanding by asking for hot fries.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Been in Ste Agathe for 9 months now they never get any of my orders right. During night shifts they don’t serve the fountain drinks, their ice cream machine “doesn’t workâ€, no iced coffee because the machine is being cleaned, not enough meat to give us an angus. Horrible service. We ended up ordering 10 chicken nuggets and a few small burgers we waited 20 minutes.

Wow, they are super super busy (weekends, midday). You would think they were the only McDonald's around. They had trouble getting one of the items in our order correct on 3 occasions. Sausage McMuffin with no cheese and no egg. 1st attempt (sausage McMuffin w/cheese & w/Egg). 2nd attempt (sausage McMuffin w/extra cheese), 3rd attempt (sausage McMuffin w/egg). Each time, they took back the McMuffin, not sure what they do with the incorrect order.

we ordered different orders and everyone has something missing missing forks and sauce of the salad missing frenchfries even missing a big mac, ordered coffee triple triple and taste like water with no taste of milk and sugar, the friesare super salty too

Stopped here to pick up a McCafé before getting back on the road to go home. A lot of people in the lineup had the same idea and this was not lost on the service personnel. The order taking was quick, efficient and courteous. The coffee itself was strong and hot, just how I like it. Otherwise, your standard McDonald's restaurant.

McDonald's in Quebec, Canada is great. The chicken nuggets have no junk in it and the burgers are local and really good. It's way better than the McDonald's in the USA!

It's McDonald's, this one like others is slow to get your food. There was a time many years ago you get in and out in under 3 minutes those days are gone.

With the shortage of people wanting to work in the region they had to close both restaurants during rush hours due to shortage of staff... So sad, its not because they lack customers! Maybe businesses should pay a better hourly rate to attract workers!

I received a large fry but one of the monopoly stickers was missing. Maybe it came off in the storage box or an employe took it. I can't leave work to go back. Just a little disappointed. Fast, accurate with my orders, never long line ups. Clean and friendly.
